For more than three decades, he has been a leading innovator in the beauty and personal care industry, developing custom formulations for celebrities, physicians, global retailers, private brands, salons, spas, and major beauty corporations. The rare combination of his chemistry expertise, fine fragrance training, and brand development acumen has positioned him as a sought-after authority in product formulation.

Diagnosed with the hair-pulling disorder Trichotillomania and suffering from body dysmorphia from a young age, Vince’s personal mission has always been to help people look and feel better about themselves. He is involved with many philanthropic endeavors, ranging from raising awareness around ALS to working with Saving Innocence, a non-profit organization who serve, empower and advocate for survivors of child trafficking, and Mission Plasticos, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing reconstructive surgical care to those in need. Their work helps women post-mastectomy with breast reconstruction. In addition, he donates funds to Wells Of Life, which helps build a well in his name in Uganda, to provide water to surrounding villages.
